To improve Intentional Browser and measure how users discover the app, we use two privacy-compliant third-party services:

• Mixpanel – used to understand general app usage trends (for example, how many people complete onboarding or view premium upgrade screen).
• Kochava – used to measure which advertising campaigns lead to app installs and subscriptions.

Both services collect anonymous usage data only. No personal information (such as name, email, or individual browsing history) is ever collected, stored, or shared.

These tools comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency and SKAdNetwork privacy frameworks and are fully GDPR and CCPA compliant.

You may disable analytics collection at any time through your device's privacy settings (for example, by selecting "Ask App Not to Track" in iOS).

Data Storage and Transmission

All functionality is handled locally on your device. Intentional Browser does not connect to any back-end service or transmit data outside your device. No user profiles, identifiers, or personal activity are ever stored.

Third-Party Services

Intentional Browser uses Mixpanel and Kochava as analytics and attribution providers. No personal information is shared with these services, and all data is processed in accordance with Apple's privacy guidelines and applicable laws.

Subscription and Payment Data

Intentional Browser offers subscription-based features that are processed entirely through Apple's App Store.

Our Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or process any payment information, billing addresses, credit card details, or other financial data. All subscription transactions are handled exclusively by Apple through their secure App Store infrastructure.

Apple's Role as Payment Processor

Apple acts as the sole payment processor for all subscription transactions. When you purchase a subscription, your payment information (credit card, billing address, payment methods) is transmitted directly to Apple and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We never receive or have access to your payment details.

Your subscription status and purchase history are managed entirely within Apple's systems and can be viewed through your Apple ID account settings.

Subscription Management

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be processed by Apple according to your chosen subscription plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings app or through the App Store. To cancel:

• Open Settings on your device
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap "Subscriptions"
• Select Intentional Browser
• Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple according to their standard refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

Account Deletion

If you delete the Intentional Browser app from your device, your subscription will remain active until you cancel it through your Apple ID settings. Simply deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from children. Since no personal data is collected, Intentional Browser complies with COPPA by design.

Changes to This Policy

If any changes are made to this privacy policy, the updated version will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
